Extra Careful
1. No doubt, I have to be extra careful this semester, which is final semester of my postgraduate study.
2. I have to remind myself that, at the edge of every phase of my study, from primary, college, until varsity, I normally would face a kind of obstacle, kind of a curse I think, that would always happen and apparently make my life miserable.
3. I recall during my primary school, after I got the result of 'Penilaian Darjah Lima' exam. At standard six, something depressed happened, until I was caught lying to my 'teaching Al-Quran' teacher about my classroom exam position.
4. So did during my college time, when I need to sit for my SPM trial, and still I could remember it clearly. Code name G-15, something terrible happened. The college management sent a telegram to my parents, until they had to come rushing to the college on the same day they received the telegram. You don't want to know how shameful standing infront of the juniors, until I couldn't feel the Zras! Zras! Zras! pain anymore.
5. It keep on continue even during on my study at the varsity, also something horrifying happened, and it was also during the end of my final year. I was jumping out of my skin, when I saw at the previous semester result, before I had to borrow my brothers' money, to pay fee, for one extra semester I had to extend.
6. I was very insensible to my environment during that time!
7. No! How could I blame any one else for the mistakes that happened, except had endurably experienced the burden while having learnt few hard knock lessons on my head.
8. No! I won't let the same mistake to crop up again this time. I am telling the whole world that I am a wise man now, instead of a gentleman I used to be. A gentleman learns from his own mistake, while a wise man learns from someone else's.
9. Oh, I am still the same person though. Sir above, it is Saturday, 4.00 o'clock in the morning and please don't let the same thing happen again to me this time. I am fully aware about those lessons now.
10. For now, I have shrewd results to remain sturdy and would like to take this opportunity to pay my honourable gratitude to my second semester lecturers.
11. Thank you very much to Professor Madya Dr. Mohamad Khan Bin Jamal Khan, Professor Madya Abdul Aziz Yusof and En. Lukman Bin Wan Daud for the knowledge sharing and your appreciation towards our endless effort while being your students.
(I swear, the knowledge that I am learning is meant for my future undertaking, and the certification that I am racing for is only used as my vehicle that drives me to the future.)
13. InsyaAllah. Amin.

A True Story Movie About Reinhold Messner - The World's Greatest Mountaineer
(Photograph by Vincent J. Musi)
1. Last weekend we went out to bring our kids to watch the Transformers - Revenge of The Fallen movie at Alamanda GSC, Putrajaya. I highly appreciate on the special effects created by the CGI experts, and such compliments must be given to the director, Micheal Bay for the outstanding effects.
2. There were uproars in the facebook when it was released on 24 June 2009 in the cinema. Many friends of mine in the UUM With Hons Portal have changed their ID into the robot characters name alike. Well, after all in a day work, it was indeed fun to let the kid behavior in us to take place, I guessed.
4. There are grumbles about Transformers II confusing storyline, but it doesn’t bother me much, because we just want to enjoy the CGI effects at the first place.
5. Yet, I still fancy for movies which strength are based on the storyline, if it were not because of the special effects.
6. Most of the time, I favor movie which is based on a true story, as sometimes it is truly inspiring and am always impressed by how the director blends the story plot, together with the existence of loves while playing around with the audiences’ emotion.
7. Heavy drama such as ‘A Beautiful Mind’ for instance, is an amazing movie that could be watched over and over again.
8. Count on me and how much I wish that one day, somebody, a capable best director out there, would eventually make an arrangement and direct an award winning movie which is based on the real life of Reinhold Messner- The World's Greatest Mountaineer.

Dream Camping Is Around The Corner!
1. My MOSH colleagues, the one that usually went out for outdoors’ activities have had an ultimate target to where we should go camping one day. Perhaps it would be achieved after we had finished up the program.
Auckland Skyline
2. Our aim is high. We want to go camping oversea, really.
3. Blissful Chaplie called me yesterday, telling that he already had his Nikon D60 DSLR, complete with a tripod and few lenses. So, our godfather now has also joint up the team being one of the photography enthusiast that am sure are calmly eager to shoot lots of subject.
4. Being a godfather, he must have wanted to shoot special place that offers lot of sceneries for instance. Hence, we are confident that our aim is indeed close to happen.
Mount Doom from "Lord of the Rings"5. A friend of mine, he had just came back from visiting New Zealand last few months. His wife is a stewardess, and he has got the opportunity to do some travelling there. According to him, New Zealand is a very beautiful country that is geographically stunning with its snowy mountains, lovely animals, breathtaking landscapes, friendly people, fine weathers and most importantly, the country also offer very cheap budget accommodations to bag-packers who wants to explore the nature all over the country.
6. He also added that, it would be an honored for him to make a come back and explore more off that All Black’s country. In short, it has been known that, for international-bag-packers-to-be like us, we would be in a very comfort journey if we have around RM5,000.00 per pax, to be spent on for 7 days and 6 nights trip there, inclusive of the flight tickets, back and fourth.
7. So, now, we are in the midst of ‘kumpui duit’ to make our dream to come true. The response among us is immensely encouraging, and as long as we have our godfather, Mr. Chaplie, as our ‘guidance angel’, I believe a few photos of us, posing with bluish and snowy mountain background, would be published here in future posting one day. Not to mention of few photos of us talking, with our breath vapouring out of our mouth. No I don't think so, unless it is during winter season right? " )
West Coast Near Haast
8. For records, according to Global Peace Index Ranking, New Zealand has been named as top ranking for the most peaceful country on earth for 2009. For the last 3 years, it’s been maintaining its position among the top 4 ranking.
9. Cayalah. Peeeewwwwiiittt.
(The main important point is to do some saving first!)
Time On My Own
Some update..
1. I still haven’t got my second semester results, and I am roiled by the delay with unintelligent reasons. FYI, results in hand can create such ‘momentum’ for a fresh start of new semester. At this junture, it is disgraceful knowing that it's been spoilt up. (Speak of the devil, my friend called me this morning telling that the result is ready for collection). Oh, what would it be?
2. My wife’s officemates say the photos I have shot during family days at Cherating were ‘okay’. But, being frankly, I could have done it better with more effects of ‘motion’ and ‘rim lighting’. These could be great experiments for my next photography session.
3. My x-ray result says my lung fields are clear apart from scattered fibrosis. Scattered fibrosis? Ishhh.. that sounds terrible man. Syukur Alhamdulillah, I am still in a good shape. The pain that stays was a consequence of a minor tissue torn when I had tumbled down during family days' volleyball game.
4. I read ‘ocean poems' and tried to write down one poem on my own. My words’ power sucks, but I still keep on reading. I wish I am a poet, (instead of I could be invisible!). " )
5. I recently temporary deactivated my facebook account. Suddenly I thought, I need to spend some time on my own. I need privacy.
6. I sense dengue is more dangerous than A(H1N1) influenza.
7. I am unfit and have gained weight. I need to exercise moderately.
8. I have done and submitted my three months’ monthly claim. Yesss...
9. I am close to end of the semester. I need to highly focus, highly focus on few things which are;
a) Assignments
b) Thesis
c) Jobs
d) Family
e) Few close contacts (for friends update)
10. Photography is still my stress therapy.
(Is time running out fast or am I such an oblivious man?)

Kembali ke Pulau Perhentian (Perhentian Island) ~ (27/05/09 - 28/05/09)
1. Kali kedua jejakkan kaki ke Pulau Perhentian. Masih lagi teruja macam kali pertama.

7. Dulu menginap di Long Beach. Kali ini, menginap di Coral Bay. Waktu petang, aku rasa, Coral Bay lebih menarik daripada Long Beach. Tapi, bila malam, Long Beach pula jadi lebih menarik.

Tapi, lepas Barcelona sumbat gol pertama, aku balik bilik, tidur.
10. Pagi, bangun awal. Pukul 8.00, naik bot, balik tanah besar.

11. Tanya orang masa sarapan, pasukan mana yang menang? Mereka jawab, ‘’Barcelona meney, dua kosong, Man. U. maie bola hok macey kejar ayam”. Lebih kurang macam itulah.
12. Aku ketawa saja.
13.Syukur Alhamdulillah.

Camping at Lata Meraung Waterfall, Jerantut, Pahang ~ (Saturday - Sunday, 23/05/09 - 24/05/09)
1. Alhamdulillah. We had a great camping trip this weekend, despite a little rain. We went out with several other old and new friends, so there were a total of twelve of us, with the youngest at nineteen, and the oldest being thirty seven. We went out to Lata Meraung (Screaming Waterfall), which is about fifteen minutes drive from Jerantut, Pahang.

2. Two days one night camping was not a bad experience at all. Four students from Consist College, Wangsa Melawati, two new friends from Jasni’s workplace and us; the favourite five, Chaplie, Gadik, Jasni, Faizal and myself, plus a specially invited friend of mine, the honourable En. Kamaruddin Khari a.k.a Blek, which was so kind that had allowing some of us to lodge into his wide, Toyota Innova MPV. Thank you Blek, may Allah will continue cheapen your good fortune.

3. This time, our camping theme was a little bit different. We just need 1) to camp aside at a waterfall, 2) having our good barbeque and 3) bathing under the rushing down waterfall. Last time our objective was 1) to do jungle trekking, 2) terjun tiruk (diving) and 3) go fishing.
4. Hence, after all, we did achieve our objective this time just like the first one, in fact we had done it better, because at first, we thought we were going to jungle trekking about thirty minutes before we reached the waterfall, but thank you to blissful Chaplie, the one who recommended us the place; when we realized that it only took us less then ten minutes to reach the waterfall.

5. With our complete, hard-core, otai (old-timer), 50 to 60 liters fully occupied with camping equipments; everything had turned-up into a big laughter when things were not just like as what we expected. The weird part was, even the one who recommended the place, Mr. Chaplie, was looking so impressive with his new, Deuter, 60 littres bagpack, which was so convincing to us at the first place.

6. Hahaha. Buddy, we just want to enjoy ourselves, and you managed to break the ice just immediately when we reached the waterfall.

7. Nevertheless, the Lata Meraung is absolutely a fantastic waterfall. It heights about 40 meters, with branches of falling waterfalls crushing down into around a 35 meters wide, not so deep waterpond area. Marvellous!

8. If you stay under the major waterfall, you can feel the impact of 30 to 40 kilograms of continuously rushing waterfall that hits your head and body, which apparently turns your body colour into reddish before you give up, and let yourself being push forward by the rushing water. While the water falls onto your body, you can scream out the hell as loudest as you could just to realize that your screaming is 'nothing special' in contrast with the sounds of the waterfalls.

9. That is where I thought why she gets it name of ‘Meraung’ (Screaming) Waterfall.

10. During this camping, we managed to roast marinated fresh Patin and Tilapia fishes, coated with wild banana leaf in the inner and aluminium foil at the outer. As a result, it had turned out into a finely roasted, juicy, tasty, fresh barbequed fishes meal, and when dipped into the hot, spicy mixed ingredients of special ketchup prepared by our brilliant chef cook, Mr. Gadik, the meals were just tremendously unforgettable. Slurp slurp!

11. Last but not least, personally, no matter how enjoyful our camping this time, half of my heart is still at home, supposedly playing with my kids.
12. So, the excitement does not just stop here, I just have another plan to go out camping with my family.

13. Time to start calling up my ex-Royal Military College (ex-RMC) friends for family outing.
14. Wanna join me folks? You have my handpone number right? Give me a call.

Bukit Fraser ~ (Sabtu - Ahad, 16/05/09 - 17/05/09)
1. Masa bawa keluarga pergi ke Kuala Kubu Bahru dulu, kami naik separuh jalan saja ke Bukit Fraser. Jalan tutup sebab tanah runtuh.

10. Minggu depan, giliran bercuti dengan kawan-kawan pula.

Psychological Stress
1. Psychological stress is continually related to emotional and psychological disorders. Stressful situations, whether long term or short term, can set forward a series of emotional symptoms such as a feeling of personality breakdown, fear, worry attacks, unfocussed attention or diversion, overstated emotional responses and psychological upset such as depression, confusion and burnout.
2. Psychological stress refers to the emotional and physiological reactions experienced when an individual confronts a situation in which the demands go beyond their coping resources[1].
3. Under continual psychological stress, an individual suffers from spiritual riots within himself. These disturbances in emotional and psychological health may cause or make worse disorders, which can stop life on its track. Studies shows as much as 50 to 80 per cent of all the complaints treated by physicians (medical doctors) are psychosomatic ailments resulting from psychological stress[2].
4. The body responds to stress by releasing stress hormones, such as epinephrine, also called adrenaline and cortisol, also called hydrocortisone. Adrenaline is used by the body as a turbo boost of energy which can change the biochemistry within the body, notably the blood. This condition is known as the 'fight or flight' response which has helped man gone to fight or run away from dangerous animals or enemies[3].
5. The body produces these stress hormones to help a person react to a situation with more speed and strength. Excessive produced of stress hormones however, will increase blood pressure, heart rate, and blood sugar levels. Small amounts of stress are believed to be beneficial, but chronic, persisting or progressing over a long period of time, high levels of stress are thought to be harmful[4].
6. Early signs of psychological stress include sleep disturbances, stomach problems, trouble in concentration, irritability, headache, low morale, and poor affairs with family members and friends. These signs are simple to distinguish, but without proper management, they can develop into severe health risks like cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal conditions and psychological disorders[5].
6. The biggest problem with psychological stress however is that the average person cannot identify psychological stress let alone trace it back to a source. This is why some form of counselling or group sessions can help but many people are reluctant to do this because they feel uncomfortable admitting something is wrong[6].
7. Other than spiritual techniques such as meditation and prayer, psychological stress can also be overcome by exercise, relaxation, time management, consultation, social support network and living a healthy lifestyles.

Sunrise at Perhentian Island (Pulau Perhentian) ~ (17/02/2009 - 18/02/2009)

Sixth Post
1. Above is the photo of a sunrise at Perhentian Island.
2. I know I had a very limited time on Perhentian Island, but am sure, I would return here someday. I packed all my stuff during the night, nothing much; my notebook, my camera, three lenses, a tripod and miscellaneous.
3. By the time I write this, I just completed reading a journal. ‘The Vanishing Breed' by Gretel Ehrlich, a journalist from National Geographic. A story about the lives of Komi people, that shifting nomadically with the seasons in the remote and forbidding northern coast of Russia. The story shortly reveals how the Komi people thoughts about living that way and a slight touch of loves by the writer.
4. Well, who am I to contrast with Gordon Wiltsie, photographer behind the journal cum my favourite, that travels the world, climbs up mountains and explores the wilderness of Himalaya, Arctic and Antarctica. But, the way how they travel the earth really inspires me.
5. Sincerely, I haven’t had it enough. My gears depreciation suggested me to upgrade. The noise, chromatic aberration, necessitate for faster apertures, longer focal length super-zoom, prerequisite for wider angle, plus gears’ miscellaneous, so forth, occasionally upsetting me. Nevertheless, I declare these as parts of my many drivers along this journey.
6. I wouldn’t know what I am looking for until I have a few wish list of mine. A personal remembrance though, really, my guided list and drawing mind map helps me.
7. Well, I just haven’t had it enough. I am addicted to the sun. so, I woke up early in the morning, walked out the ‘Matahari’ chalet before 7am, heading to ‘Long Beach’. Fortunately, I met azhar, the chalet keeper during my way, so managed to pass the key to him. ‘Bilo nak date lagi?’, he asked in a local, Kelantan dialect, ‘InsyaAllah, tinjau dah tinjau dah ni’, I replied.
8. I was at the beach, about 7am. there got few foreigners around, jogging, meditating. I saw a young local parents, sending their kid to school, lifting his son onto the boat before riding and disappeared.
9. A very polite italian man approached me, asking for a stick of cigarette since the grocery is not yet opened. "Oh, I wish I am still smoking, but recently I quit. I don’t have any sticks with me." I replied being polite too.
10. After a while, the sun started to rise.
11. I remember my Mahreen Alisha, my daughter. A name by the meaning of ‘bright and beautiful as the sun’ and ‘protected by Allah’.
12. InsyaAllah.
Sunset at Perhentian Island (Pulau Perhentian) ~ (17/02/09 - 18/02/09)

Fifth Post
1. Above is the photo of a sunset at Perhentian Island.
2. Perhentian Island is a famous island that is widely known among bag packers throughout the Europe. Some of them even continually come and visit the island, up to frequent as many as four trips within a year.
3. They have fallen in love with this piece of land which is beautifully decorated by its stunning nature. My self is not excluded.
4. A fourty-minute ride on a boat has cost me RM 70 back and forth, and the chalet rental during off season is only RM 35. The RM 5 per day car parking with roof top and ‘pak guard’ has set my mind free.
5. I’ve been told that the island was only opened back to public about two days ago, since the monsoon season. Hence, not so many tourist were around. I am feeling lucky though, because the timing apparently has suited my outstation works.
6. I never been to the island, so serenely, I am a bit excited. The best part is, my trip to the island was absolutely out of plan. as usual, I keep thinking that l will never know where my camera will bring me, and am glad that this time it happened to be a famous, local island.
7. It’s been late in the evening. All works for the day have been settled. like I mentioned earlier in my blog, it is impossible to shoot sunset in the east coast unless if you’re standing on an island.
http://saharudinmohddan.blogspot.com/2008/05/kuantan-16-17th-april-2008-2-photos.html
8. I reached the perhentian kecil ‘Long Beach’ around 5.40pm and immediately crossed the other side of the island, about 15 minutes walked to ‘Coral Bay’ beach. A French man was accompanying me. He’s not even renting a chalet, but keep bringing along a hammock with him. He sleeps at the jetty. “sounds very quiet" he said.
9. I knew my steps were already on a beautiful island. A special feelings developed in me. The foreigners, mostly europeans were hanging around, some of them waiting patiently for the sun to go down.
10. When I first saw the beach of the sinking sun, the view was just tremendously mesmerizing. I dream of this view long ago since I posted a thread, an excerpt in my blog above.
11. I was feeling so relieved.
12. Deep inside my soul, I am saying, 'the Almighty is answering to all our prayers.'
13. Dear, I am conveying all my good prayers to my loving one.
Pig Jokes
1. Sekarang aku rasa lega bukan kepalang. Paling seronok bila geng-geng berkhemah semua sedang kecoh-kecoh untuk projek perkhemahan kami pada minggu 23 & 24 Mei nanti. Muktamad. Bukan apa, keluarga adalah keutamaan kami. Jadi, minggu depan bawa keluarga pergi bercuti dulu. Minggu seterusnya baru seronok pergi berkhemah.
2. Tapi risau tetap ada, selagi keputusan periksa belum keluar. Itu sudah kira tawwakkal dan letak tepi.
3. Banyak kelemahan masa perkhemahan pertama dulu. Kali ini, kena pastikan layan betul-betul. Pakai sandal, bukan pakai kasut untuk treking hutan. Pakai seluar treking, bukan pakai seluar jeans. Parang, lampu suluh, setiap orang kena bawak.
Memang kasar bunyinya.
5. Apa-apa hal pun, aku kena layan perasaan lega tiga minggu terakhir Mei ini. Penuhkan dengan segala aktiviti yang mungkin. Duduk di rumah saja masa hujung minggu? Ruginya.
6. Saksikan kembali gambar-gambar perkhemahan pertama kami di SINI.

Bahasa Inggeris
1. In my entire lives, I think among the most enjoyable things that I continually do and progress to success is my maneuver (manoeuvre) in conquering the English language.
2. From time to time, I will always create the opportunity to be a proficient in this universal language. Until now, if I were to ask myself whether if I am good at it or besides? My best answer would be; I am still in the process of learning. Apparently, the more I think about being a master in this language, the more I figure out that it is not a difficult language to understand and learn, only that, in more time to come, I need to enrich myself with more vocabularies couple with beautiful English idioms to continually stimulate the interest in me.
3. Some says that in order to be a proficient in this language, one must be frequently using it, in his or her daily life. Meaning to say that, every day, we must talk, read and write in English, then only we can progress timely. I agree with this statement, but somehow, I need to put a little argument over it. For instance, how about those people who do not have the opportunity to do all as mentioned above? For example, pupils at remote areas? Hence, by raising this argument, I will give the best example possible to bestow the best solutions, at least among my family back at my village. I still have my siblings at primary and secondary schools, or even some at the higher institute of learning. Nevertheless, their ability in using the English language was still not encouraging.
4. I still remember when I was at the college, when the study board decides that they would segregate the English classes accordingly to the pupils’ knack. We had been placed accordingly to the class segments by set, from A to E, hence, being a terrible performer; I was placed at the end of perimeter for quite a few years.
5. Nevertheless, we are very fortunate. I have a very good English teacher that teaches me, as far as practicable, to the best of her efforts and abilities. Her name is Miss Amar Shoba. I don't want to describe much about how she had taught us a very good English, but enough if I say, in a very honoured way, that until today, I am still singing the songs 'Fernando' by ABBA, 'La Is La Bonita' by Madonna, 'Leave a Light On' by Belinda Carlisle and another song that I can't remember it right now, but absolutely I can sing it whenever I can remember it. The lyrics are still in my head. How 'beautiful' this teacher is, only Allah will bless her someday.
6. So, coming back to my solutions, I have the same opinion with Malaysian Royal Professor Ungku Aziz; it is the mother language that will let you determine as the key factor to be successful in any other languages you speak, write and read. We must get back to the basic fundamentals of learning our mother tongue on how to arrange the words, in restructuring our sentences, and eventually developed into very good essays to read. Then only we can success in whatever languages we learn. Obviously, one of the word that has been emphasized by Professor Ungku Aziz is to understand the 'nahu' of the mother tongue. In my case, it is in no doubt; the language would be Bahasa Melayu.
7. That's why, here in my blog, I will emphasize on how can I write better in both languages, because I believe that if I am good at Bahasa Melayu, sooner or later, I will be a mastery too in any other languages I learn.
8. At home in my village, whenever I got the opportunity to review my younger brothers' book, I will absolutely emphasize on their ability to conquer the Bahasa Melayu first, even though I know that their English is not so good.
9. I believe they can still be like me one day. They will progress timely in their second language if they are willing to learn.
Percutian Indah
4.0 WHAT IS CHANGE MANAGEMENT?
According to Webster’s dictionary, change management is a structured process that will cause proposed changes to be reviewed for technical and business readiness in a consistent manner that can be relaxed or tightened to adjust to business needs and experiences.
In an article from the University of New South Wales, Australia about the effective change management and behaviour change strategies (2008), change management is a structured approach adopted to move individuals, teams or organisations from a current state to a different state in the future. Effective change management strategies are founded in a variety of learning theories and approaches.
While a definition from whatis.com (what is dot com), a website for IT encyclopaedia and learning centre, change management is a systematic approach to dealing with change, both from the perspective of an organization and on the individual level. A somewhat ambiguous term, change management has at least three different aspects, including adapting to change, controlling change, and effecting change. For an organization, change management means defining and implementing procedures and technologies to deal with changes in the business environment and to profit from changing opportunities.
Hence, change management can be defined as an organized, systematic application of the knowledge, tools, and resources of change that provides organizations with a key process to achieve their business strategy. All the elements involve must be proficient to manage the people in the changing organization to achieve the required business outcome and to realize that the change management and organization performance are parallel and effectively within the business environment of the workplace.
1993 - 134,546.00
1994 - 125,535.00
1995 - 117,418.00
1996 - 108,098.00
1997 - 95,098.00
1998 - 94,148.00
1999 - 92,074.00
2000 - 95,006.00
2001 - 85,926.00
2002 - 81,810.00
2003 - 73,858.00
2004 - 69,132.00
2005 - 61,182.00
2006 - 58,321.00

Well, yes, ma'am, I do... I mean, I got everything I need right here with me. I got air in my lungs, a few blank sheets of paper. I mean, I love waking up in the morning not knowing what's gonna happen or, who I'm gonna meet, where I'm gonna wind up. Just the other night I was sleeping under a bridge and now here I am on the grandest ship in the world having champagne with you fine people. I figure life's a gift and I don't intend on wasting it. You don't know what hand you're gonna get dealt next. You learn to take life as it comes at you... to make each day count.
i. The respiratory system is the network of air tubes spreading out just like the branches and twigs of a tree, form the structure of the lungs. The trachea, or windpipe, divides into two bronchi and these on entering the lungs, divide into bronchioles, alveolar ducts, alveolar sacs and individual alveoli.
ii. The right ventricle of the heart pumps deoxygenated blood to the lungs via the pulmonary arteries. At the alveoli, gaseous exchange of oxygen and carbon dioxide takes place between air in the lungs and blood in surrounding capillaries.
iii. Described here is the microanatomy of the lungs and its components. Alveolar sacs are the terminal portions of the breathing tube system. Composed of up to thirty tiny air pouches, or alveoli, they provide a lung a total surface area of about 850 square feet (about the square feet of a cafeteria) for the exchange of gases. There are about 30,000 alveoli sachs, making the counts of individual alveoli of 30,000,000 units in the lungs.
iv. Alveolar walls, composed of a single layer of cells, and the thin boundaries of capillaries; a barrier only one twenty-five thousandth of an inch (1 : 25,000) thick; are all that separate blood and air.
vi. Exchange of carbon dioxide and oxygen across this barrier is completed in only a fraction of a second. Terminal bronchioles carry air to and from alveolar sacs.
vii. Cells lining bronchiole walls bear cilia, tiny, minute hairs whose beating action prevents large dust particles from entering the alveolar sacs.
viii. Macrophages on the inner alveolar surface ingest and destroy dust, soot and other foreign particles. These cells are the body's main (and last) line of defence against airborne bacteria drawn into the lungs.
ix. Connective tissue fibres form a frame around the alveoli and support their delicate walls.
x. Lymph vessels carry excess tissue fluid away from alveoli.
xi. Pulmonary venules take oxygen-rich blood back to the heart.
xii. Pulmonary arterioles conduct carbon dioxide rich, oxygen depleted blood to the alveoli.
xiii. Blood capillaries form a meshwork around the alveoli.
xiv. As blood flows through the capillaries it loses carbon dioxide and takes up oxygen and changes from dark to bright red in colour.

Beautiful Dawn
...how about if we go thru some 'beautiful dawn' lyrics
from James Blunt's song entitled 'High'.. " )
Beautiful dawn - lights up the shore for me.
There is nothing else in the world,
I'd rather wake up and see (with you).
Beautiful dawn - I'm just chasing time again.
Thought I would die a lonely man, in endless night.
But now I'm high; running wild among all the stars above.
Sometimes it's hard to believe you remember me.
Beautiful dawn - melt with the stars again.
Do you remember the day when my journey began?
Will you remember the end (of time)?
Beautiful dawn - You're just blowing my mind again.
Thought I was born to endless night, until you shine.
High; running wild among all the stars above.
Sometimes it's hard to believe you remember me.
Will you be my shoulder when I'm grey and older?
Promise me tomorrow starts with you,
Getting high; running wild among all the stars above.
Sometimes it's hard to believe you remember me..
..nice lyrics isn't it..? " )

Glare Me Not
First time shooting sports its not as easy as shooting still life photography. My recent shoots had allowed me to approve ONLY one single above from out of 210 frames. Nimen kan wo feng le ma? No, because I'd rather delete all my frames then posting photos which are farther than my contentment. My comeback later.

Alvin and Ruby's Wedding, Palace of The Golden Horses (Saturday, 3rd November 2007) [3 Photos]
As far as I could remember, Alvin’s wedding probably one of the grandest weddings I have ever attended. The guests are not just local, but when Alvin greets his relatives who came for his wedding, they are actually coming from all around the world! US, UK, New Zealand, Korea.. to name a few countries that I’ve heard, if I am not mistaken.
And, I remember during the bride's speech, Alvin does mention that Ruby is his best friend that eventually end-up being as his long awaited wife. According to Alvin, while being his best friend, he also loves his wife very much. I see.. really ka Alvin? hehehe.. [evil laugh..!]. By the time you said that, OP Jenoi (the one who's wearing the serban) already have six soldiers back in a row in his house. Hahahaha! " )

The curtain for year end 2007 is nearly closed. The waves in East Coast of Malaysia are increasingly rough shoved by the powerful monsoon winds from South China Sea. Rainy season will be approaching very soon probably tomorrow or the next day after. It is the season that usually bring great flood throughout six countries in Malaysia. Apparently, an Ultraman has come to save the situation. He thinks there might be a monster that intent to damage and disturb the peace of human being here. The monster that will eventually be finished by him.. " )

Ain's Third Birthday [2 Photos]
Happy Birthday To Ain (04/11/2007)It is Ain’s third birthday and she is one year older than Muadzam. Ain is the second child from three children of Taban and Zilla's family, my second cousin. This year, Ain’s birthday party is arranged along with his grandparents' Aidilfitri (Eid) open house.
There are lots of balloon in the house and Muadzam has also attracted to play with those balloons. Ain are not so happy with that, because she thinks that all the balloons belongs to her. When I shoot this photo, Ain gives her shallow smile while Muadzam not. Perhaps Muadzam is in control of his emotion while learning his lessons of how to be such a perfect gentlekid.

Kalimah 'Allah' In The Sky of Putrajaya [3 Photos]
I noticed a familiar shape of an Arabic wording, the word 'Allah' came across my mind. I was already prepared for the fireworks show. My compact digital camera was attached to a tripod and the camera mode was set into 'fireworks' mode. So, it was not difficult to instantly shoot this extraordinary clouds form.
After looking into the photo result, I was dissatisfied with the composition. I thought it could be better if I adjust a bit of my camera position. As you could see above, the composition still need minor adjustment. So again, I made another minor move to get the 'very' best of composition result.
Here it goes. This was the best composition that I had captured. The forming of this Kalimah happened within less than five minutes. It was then dissappeared as the clouds had freely, slowly move on and shifted by the blowing winds in the sky.
Details of Photo;
[PS: Well, somehow I think I am a bit lucky and I feel even more close to Allah SWT know. I am thinking that, all these happened probably due to, first, maybe because of my hobbies to shoot photos and like it shared with my friends " ).. Second, maybe because of the Asma-Alhusna, the song of 99 Beautiful Names of Allah, that I've fully memorized and frequently sing it inside my heart and my head.
Nevertheless, it could also be meant the other way around.. Wallahualam.]
" ~ Achmat.
